Re: this battery's killin me

My battery is old and barely got it through the day.. maybe it just luck and the environment that you are in..

I can get almost 2 days out of mine depending on how many voice calls I make.

If you are making a few long calls a day that will zap it. Also if you are flirting with 0-1 bars and going between 1x and evdo that will kill it too.

If you have great reception and aren't making long voice calls then who the hell knows... a co-worker with the stock rom gets 1.5days easy, so dunno.

Really?? Thats hard to believe. That was the main reason I didnt keep this rom. The battery life was just horrible. Ulness he changed something with the latest release. IMO Baseline rom has had the best battery life so far for me.

Also, I've had excellent battery life with Psyki 3 ROM, but it's 6.1. I'm on Energy ROM right now, and was actually about to switch back to Psyki 3; maybe I'll try reflashing Energy first and checking out the "battery polling".

If you have Advance Config: Performances > File system cache = 8mb. File System filter Cache: 131072

Then go to Touch Pro Tweaks make sure 6.2 Phone as modem and data is disabled. and make sure 6.3 data is enabled...that way your data only comes on when you want it to.

The go to your reg editor: HKLM\Drivers\BuiltIn\
choose battery, and look for pollinterval and make sure the decimal value is @ 20000 (default is 5000)

last thing is speedbooster, but thats warez, so I wont post it in here...PM me if you want it. Ive seriously stopped trying to find tweaks or help because i think my battery is absolutely the best it can be now.

FYI i dont use any gps at all, but i do use beejive messenger and twikini a decent amount so i think that evens it out. Also if you use bluetooth a lot, theres probably no hope for you guys

Merdinh's Rom gives me about 2 - 2.5 days with moderate use. I can go for about a day and a half max with heavy use.
1+ for Merdinh's

Me either, I stopped using that ROM because it gave me by far & away the worst battery life of any 6.5 ROM I've tried (NFSFAN, SAC & Merdins give me double the battery life of the energy ROM)

battery hack built inside of it. I know the title is misleading....but the point of the program is to increase performance, but all i care about is the battery hack to be honest.
