Re: TP Charger Issue Does Anyone Else Have This Problem?

dont use asurion... you may have to fight to get the deduct paid for..

use sprints online advanced replacement instead, if you have TEP, it will automatically cover the costs without having to ask anyone...

they may tell u to take it to a service center though, since its such a simple fix to replace the usb port, and obviously itd still be covered... plenty have had NIBs or refurbs shipped for the same issue though

Re: TP Charger Issue Does Anyone Else Have This Problem?

Its funny because I have to move the charger in a certain place for it to charge. The cradle just died out on me after a few days.

Have you tried the cradle with a different TP? If your USB port is bad, then the cradle probably won't work for you. It should work once you get a replacement.
