I have had 2. The first died immediately after a backup - it got stuck on the startup screen. Went to Sprint the next morning and about 30 minutes later out the door. The replacement has experienced no problems and behaves very well. I am running the stock ROM and have added bunches of business things and general tweaks. An excellent device for me that just works without any effort at all.

haha number 7 i believe just came in the mail last night lol...still got some catching up to do if i want to get close to how many of the original touch's i went through (13) but ill get the TP2 as a manufacturers defect replacement due to too many replacements lol

it works great, never had any problems with it, no keyboard replacement, no weird effects on the screen and the only spot where the chrome is chipped is from dropping it onto a concrete floor about two weeks ago...

it seems some of the more solidly built and better performing units were the first ones built.

lol yup free tp2 for me to and now number 10 tp1 is acting up keyboard once again doesnt work half the time.

I think i will get it as long as i dont have to pay for it...just as i havent had to pay for any other device since my 6700. I'm on my 3rd TP now...but if i dont have to pay then im willing to swap

I am on my first one. Had a Mogul before this, Went thru like 5 of them in less then 6 months. They finally gave in and hooked me up with the Touch Pro. After reading about these problems I don't know if they really did me a favor...

I have had my TP for less then a month, I am getting used to it and it has not crashed or locked up yet...

Jus got my third tp in under a year! first one, the internet/phone service died. then the second the screen sensitivity died on me, hard reset it and was stuck the align screen. Hopefully this one doesnt die on me. Why can't i get a decent touch screen windows phone from sprint??

IM on my 2nd TP. They both have been good but the first one had an oil slick and took it in. This second seems a bit more solid. Battery was crappin out on me but did a few things to it and now it will last me quite some time. Of course with light use. I like my phone now i just need to buy the seido battery.
