Phone Skin issue

Having an issue with my phone dialer skin and incoming call skin.
In both cases the text is white on white or off white on white/gray.
Can't for the life of me see who I am calling with the dialer or see who is calling me on incoming calls.

Here is an example of the dialer skin:

Any ideas on where or who I can fix this. Keep in mind I would be cooking this using a kitchen.
