How to confirm VZW Touch Pro is relocked?

Hello all,

I tried searching through the threads a bit but could not find the answer. I need to return my phone to VZW so I wanted to make sure that I relocked it properly. I flashed the stock ROM then ran the Raphael_VZW_Relocker.exe and it seemed to finish successfully.

When I press Power and VolDown during reboot I'm still presented with the rainbow screen though. Does that mean my phone is still unlocked or not necessarily? How do I know that I relocked it successfully?

On that note, You will stills see the rainbow screen although make sure it doesn't say CMONEX on the screen. If it doesnt, your good to go.
