Re: Pandora for the sprint HTC TOUCH PRO.

minor update: I didn't have skyfire installed so it must be something else. I'm reflashing my phone and I'm sure Pandora will work out of the gate and then I'll test after each cab installation.

Also, my brother has the same phone and was also running DCD 2.03 and his Pandora and his Bluetooth audio worked. I am jealous so I'll have to one up him and reflash to DCD 2.06 ha...

I also have Skyfire and Pandora on my phone and they both work fine. My problem is that the volume is very high in Pandora and I can't turn the volume down enough to listen comfortably for any length of time. Any ideas how to reduce the volume?

Re: Pandora for the sprint HTC TOUCH PRO.

Pandora works fine until I install skyfire. So, maybe another program is conflicting with skyfire and it is causing the problems for me??

Who knows. I just know if I don't install skyfire... I can have my pandora. LOL

Re: Pandora for the sprint HTC TOUCH PRO.

I dont know guys, I had a Vogue for over a year and it was an amazing phone, I loved it. and honestly the only benefit Iv seen out of the Diamond is the VGA screen. but on the other hand I lost my SDcard.
And I also agree that the Vogue was a "tougher" phone than my Diamond.
I realize that this thread is about the TP, and with the TP you still got the SDcard and 3x the memory, but many apps just seemed to work better on my Vogue than on the Diamond/TP. Not to mention you never heard of people having to send in their Vogues for a replacment 5-6-7-8-9- times.
Just my 2cents

User interface with the current Not-For-TP Pandora versions is far from clean. Poking around with the stylus works. Also I have a couple of pointy banjo-picking-and-strumming fingernails that connect perfectly with the thumbs icons and the menu choices after just a couple of jabs.

Regarding volume: Doesn't your Down hardware key lower the Pandora volume? Mine does.

I have the volume turned down as low as it will go with the hardware buttons and even have it turned down to its lowest setting (single bar) on the touchscreen but it is still too loud. The volume is fine with other programs and I can turn it as loud or quiet as a like. Is there a registry setting I can tweek for Pandora to reduce the volume for it only?

Re: Pandora for the sprint HTC TOUCH PRO.

still not working for me...I uninstalled Skyfire...but no dice...I don't think this is the problem as I had Skyfire installed before and the IVAN cab and fix was working, but not anymore...anyone know what happened? I am running MR 6.5...and tons of other things...what could be giving that visual studio debug error?

I would guess a system file gets replaced or there is a registry change that uninstalling does not change back... Hard Reset is known to fix the problem (usually), but I am waiting for the next MightyROM6 release before I do it... (Using the QVGA version is not THAT bad for me... At least it works, even if it is ugly...)
