internet tehtring problem
i installed stock rom for sprint on htc touch pro and tried tethring and i am not able to tether my phone can you tell me what are the settings i think my settings might be messed up from your phone thanks

Unless u pay for tethering, u are looking for the ics cab floating around here. Id lunk u to it but im mobile. Do a google search and add ppcgeeks to the end of it.

if i hard reset my phone will i go back to originals settings and everything on my phone will that get the password and username all setup just the way it was when i first hard it

If your on a stock rom or one of mine, try the following:
1. Run the .cab file in \Windows\OMC_PROD_SDK_HTC_SPRINT_v0.9.917.cab 2. Initiate a data connection by opening PIE (update profile won't start it's own) 3. StartMenu-Settings-Update Profile.

Well last time that happening to me they (sprint Customer Care)sugessted to take off the battery for two minutes and the phone would auto update... It worked in my case... Also if you installed a carrier specific cab you could have changed the default settings therefore you cannot connect... Also try ##778# and enter your code... If you do not have your MSL code make a search for BAFMSL (App will get your MSL code) Once inside that Menu (bottom right) and click OK you should get a message confirming to RESET. Once done phone will reboot
