HELP!! touch pro will not boot

i've been using my phone for months with a custom rom on it now today it will not boot and just hangs on the Touch Pro screen. it will not boot up. any ideas on what i can try with this?

flash another rom or try to hard reset

can anyone let me know how i get into bootloader and how to install a rom off the SD card because this phone will not connect with the computer at all.
