Re: any good non-TF3D roms?
I disable touch flo and use old school HTC Home. It's fast and it works. Then I can still add stuff to the today screen. There is a thread here, just search for it.

I've used MR6 too, and Juicy 8, but always disable TF3D and use SPB Mobile Shell 3 instead. TF3D is eye candy and never very productive for me. SPB MS3 is fully customizable and there are some great add-ons for further cusomizations you'll find in the forums on SPB and on XDA. Here is my favourite, the Pro Widgets.

I'm actually liking the new Verizon stock ROM with TF3D off. Boots with about 65mb free and runs relatively quick. I use Spb Mobile Shell as my main interface.
