flash back to stock and see if it still happens. I highly doubt it is the ROM. Or you can re-download the ROM and try again, maybe the download got corrupted....but like I said I doubt it is the ROM, since no one else has this problem, and I've flashed every one of NRGY ROM and they all work fine. Could be your hardware ya know....Good luck

I agree with appzattak, especially if you have had the same problem on different ROMs. Not likely multiple ROMs would cause the same problem, more likely that it is a hardware issue. If it happens with stock (without trying the possible soft reset fix you mentioned) relock it and take it in for repair/exchange.
