only problem i had ever memory card wise is my storage card got renamed to "Storage Card2"

naw man like it was just chillin i had flashed 2 days before and slowly reistalling cabs as needed WITHOUT THEM BACKED UP ON COMP!!!! then going to install program and EVERYTHING GONE except some of the random folders it was really weird how it made the decision what to keep and what to drop i dont get it

Hey, try this program. I've used it before, it will allow you to read the list of files that have been deleted, and the only way that I know of to fully get rid of the files is to format the card or if the card goes bad(like my 2GB card did.)
Just unzip, then double click the app, and select the memory card drive, and click search. Hope this helps!

I would suggest what Major Nate had stated.
Get a recovery program, and run it. I personally use GetDataBack. It's worked 100% when others did not. But DO NOT use the free trial, the free trial is pointless and will take a couple hours to fully scan your sdcard, it will find the files to recover, but then it will not let you recover them. Good luck, let me know if you need any help finding a good data recovery program(if the one Major Nate doesn't work for you).
