I have the voicemail all setup, but I don't use a passcode. I hate having to enter it all of the time.
Is that the only way to get it to show a count, by adding a pass code? |

Well, I'm not sure.
Doesn't make much sense. Have you contacted Sprint about this issue? I've personally never had any trouble. I do have a passcode though. |

I went in to the sprint store, and they suggested calling tech support and gave me a 800 number.
I'll try adding a passcode. I don't know why that'd make a difference, but it's worth a try. |

Wow, I can't believe I've been with Sprint two years and have put up with this that long.
I called tech support and he called my phone and left a message, then asked if it showed up on my phone that there was a voicemail. I told him "no" and that it has never shown on my Touch Pro, or my previous phone (mogul). He said he "pushed" something through on his end and now It's working. I've tested it several times and it works beautifully. If I have three messages it shows three. If I call my voicemail and only listen to one of them, it still shows 2 voicemails left. All of this time I thought it was a stupid WinMo issue on sprint, like their long time dismissal of true MMS on these things. |
