Telenav update restarts phone after choosing entry on menu

New phone - received the message to update Sprint Navigation when I first clicked it. Ran the setup which asked me to restart. I restarted. When I started Sprint Nav back up it would just freeze at the logo screen.

I uninstalled Sprint Nav. Re-installed the upgrade.

Program ran but this time when I try to go to the screen where I can select a location, the phone restarts.

What is going on with this application. Is something screwed up.
