Device manger will not sync phone
I upgraded my computer to windows 7 so that means I had to use Device manager with Merdins WM6.5. Everything worked perfect with XP pro and Active sync but now I get a sync error."Exchange ActiveSync encountered an error. If this condition persists, please contact your System administrator." I am using office 2003. what am I missing??

I had the same problem with WMDC in Vista until I took my SD card out.
No idea why it doesn't like the SD card, but it works like a charm every time after that.

You may also want to uninstall/reinstall WDMC. Make sure when you install the application that you run the installation as an administrator.
You could try running the program as an administrator as well, prior to uninstalling. Right click on the icon, and choose "Run as Administrator"
