Alltel touch pro internet sharing with mac

I have searched around and i am not sure if i am not looking for the correct terms or what. What I want to do is be able to use my Alltel touch pro's internet connection on my mac when I am on the road. I have the factory rom. Can someone point me in the correct direction

try this.. most custom roms come with this unlocked by default
