Touch Pro Keyboard Replacement Choice
Well, they won't do anything but send a refurbished phone with my insurance even though they admit the refurb leave a lot to be desired.
They are offering me a $75 for having to have accept another phone since they couldn't repair my NIB phone that the keyboard just died on. So, here is my choices. 1) Keep my phone. At least I know what is wrong with it and that everything else is ok. 2) Take the refurb and the $75 and hope it is a decent refurb. What do you guys think I should do. I am literally torn on this one.
