How to make battery meter display 1% power?

Would it work for the GSM version? And how do I know what I have, I think this is GSM I have.

nuePower consists of nuePowerCPL, and a modified power driver (nueBattery) that allows you to view increasing battery power in 1% increments. The power driver is currently available for the Titan and Vogue (i.e. Sprint Mogul, Touch)

nueBattery is available for the CDMA Touch Pro and Diamond. In addition to viewing 1% increments, it enables FastCharge mode, allowing your device to charge quickly on a USB cable, as well as an option to disable flight mode.

Installed it -- nice.

On the other hand, nueBattery was a disaster, while it worked it drained the cell from 100% to 5% in 4 hours. Just insane and unacceptable. I removed it, cell life is back normal it seems.
