Re: What is your page pool size
I've been toying with mine lately and I've tried 0, 6, & 24 so far. I don't know that the page pool made the differences or not but...
I had the best battery ever with 0mb but it seemed like programs took longer to load and program memory use was high. I had the fastest/smoothest rhodium manilla expierience so far with 24mb but I lost the nice battery from the 0mb. I am using 6mb right now and it seems to be a little laggy and the battery use is typical.

Re: What is your page pool size
I'm running on 16MB right now. I haven't noticed any slowdowns dropping from 24MB, but I do see more available memory.
Is there really such an advantage in having a gigantic pagepool? What does it do exactly anyway? CDMA Touch Diamond, by the way. I see this is the TP forum.

Re: What is your page pool size
I use to run 16 which worked lovely but lately i've been running the dynamic and i think i'm going to stay with this. I don't reset as often and my programs fly. i use dynamic on the calkulin kitchen.

Re: What is your page pool size
I use Calkulin too and as I mentioned the dynamic settings gave me that great battery boost. What exactly does dynamic do? Is it just switching between low and high pools depending on what the system is doing?
