I beg to differ. I have it working no problems. If you did not uninstall Sprint Picture Mail cab before installing Arcsoft, that is probably the issue.

Dig through the MR6 post and look for the Sprint Pic Mail and Arcsoft removers. Remove both of them, making sure you soft reset in between removals. Install Arcsoft again and soft reset. Should right the ship for you.
