NOOB Question on Titanium Today Screen

I just move from 6.1 to 6.5 and tried researching it some.
Is there anyway I can organize what is on the today screen and the order and like the default browser. Also when I install the Fave and notification plug ins when I reset the phone they disappear.

yeah showaco has opera default panel and an edit for the home screen he is on xda
