Hey man I know how you feel...I just had the same exact issue 2 days ago as a matter of fact.....it has nothing to do with software it is a hardware issue...if you have the TEP plan under sprint just take it to the store....It took all of 20 mins but they replaced my screen...something to do with the screen and keyboard being loose and something slipping out of place...it'll cost you nothing if you have insurance tho......BIG UPS TO SPRINT!!!!!!
