How can you preview the roms or see what they come with and look like?

WOW this is amazing I got the Psyki3 ROM loaded. I am amazed at what these phones can do. The guy at the Sprint store wouldn't even sell me this phone. He said they sucked and I should buy the Palm Pre. I am glad I pushed him to sell me this.
One thing I noticed I love speaking the names of businesses and having it come up in a GPS. I don't see that with this ROM. Am I missing it?
