its a shortcut manager... also allows you to change icons.. its a 14day trial fyi... all your icons will stick once up, just cant use it again without buying or hard resetting and installing

windows folder im quessin, some kind of associated .dll? heres 3 .dlls someone else gave me that has quite a bit of icons in there, might not have the default one, but several you could chose from... plus you might like to do new icons all around..

wow nvm about everything. i did a 2nd soft reset and it went back to normal. thanks for help anyways boredandtattooed
