I have a Sprint Touch Pro. I had my first one since the release in late 2008. About 2 months ago it started not answering phone calls. By this I mean that the phone would receive calls and ring, but I couldn't answer the call in anyway, via touchscreen, phone button, or bluetooth. I had it hard reset about 3 times before getting a replacement from Sprint. I was convinced that it was the phone and not any programs I had installed, as most of the programs I had on there I'd installed months ago.
Now I am on Touch Pro #2 (refurbished) and just yesterday the same problem came back, the phone isn't allowing me to answer calls. I've slowly been adding my programs to keep an eye out for any specific one that might be causing this. The only significant things I'd done before the malfunction came back was to use Active Sync (with Windows XP) and install 3 programs, 2 games (Batcave and Pocket Spades) and a phone locking program, TouchLockPro, all of which were immediately uninstalled once the problem came back.
With all that being said, is anyone familiar with this issue and have a solution? Since this is my second phone it would seem that the issue is being caused by a program and not the phone itself. The majority of the programs I use are commonly used by other PPC Geeks (ex. Google Maps, WiFi Router, QuickMenu), although there are a few games. Most programs I use come from
