lol every rom ever discussed on here is "very fast and very stable."

Just like the cab drivers in Jamaica selling weed from their car: every single one of them has "the best stuff"

I recommend trying all the goto roms on here, take notes about what you like and dislike on each, then stick with it

I have used every ROM and I think that Mightys ROM are very stable, but if you are looking for stability, speed, and "extras", I would try out NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5 ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=516509 I have not found a better ROM for 6.5.

this stuff is addicting! way faster than switching linux distros...

I think I prefer 6.1 with SPB shell, over 6.5 though. I did not like the Start button functionality in 6.5. I did like the lock screen and the updated internet explorer though.

Maybe I should try 6.5 with SPB, huh...

I've heard good things about energy rom.
I'm going to try it out.
But I've been using Nfsfan's Touch Pro Rom,
I love it. It's still a infant compared to the other roms
since he just got his TP like 3months ago,
but give it some time, and I'm sure it'll be one of the top ones like his vogue rom
(which is the best out of any 6.5 rom for the vogue.)

it's easy enough to fix though, just install "quick menu", problem solved.

I love the new menu.
hate it how it closes after you click something,
but so did the other start menu in 6.1.
it was the list of programs that didn't close.
most people associate that as the actual start menu when it's not.

the 6.5 start menu is WAYYYYYYY better though.
you can customize your own.
simple coding like titanium.
if you've ever done css or html for myspace/websites,
you should be able to read it and figure it all out.
not too complicated.
