Volume to skip songs in Win Media Player

Is there a cab that will allow you to skip a song by pressing and holding down the volume key?

I know this functionality was there with a ROM that I tried some time ago, but since have not found it.

If you use TCPMP you might able to assign the volume up/down keys to do that instead.
