goto settings>connections>usb to pc> make sure active sync is selected... also the pop up u were talking about, active sync or disk drive option is in there too

ya, if activesync is selected and still won't see that it's connected,
uncheck the advanced connection thing

when this happened on my vogue(before I got my TP)
I had it connect like a hard drive, and then went into usb2pc and changed it to activesync and checked the advanced connection box and it dinged like it disconnected, and then dinged again and started the activesync connection. so possibly try that. |

It won't connect as either ActiveSync or Disk Drive

this could be pc/laptop issue depending on what OS u run. Delete partnership and recreate. Also, one thing that drove me nuts all day one day was that Active sync on TP, OPTIONS, connect to Pc via USB came unchecked.....check it

BTDT tried all of the above except diff rom. Fortunately I have multiples on the SD card. WIll try that, but not holding out hope.
