unlocked but still no GPS

I now have my us cellular htc touch pro phone unlocked but still says connection error or no gps reciever and I know it has one, I verified the flash screen it is the correct .37 SPL. Any ideas?

Start - Settings - Phone - Services - Highlight "Location Setting" and click "Get Settings."

Make sure it is set to "ON."
