Hello All,

If I extract the contents of the Verizon MR1 update and change the pagepool to 10, can I flash it to my phone that DOES NOT have hard spl installed?

nope. you have to have your touch pro unlocked via hard SPL. but once you unlock it, yes you can unpack and reset the PP on the MR1 rom.
