here ya go. this is the fix. just drop it in the TW folder and click yes to replace.

any time man. dont forget you will probably need to add a URL to get the radar to work. i dont remember how i got mine but the instructions are on there somewhere.

still trying to get my radar to work. it doesn't let you paste. ugh.

nope, you have to enter in the URL's by hand. i just opened the radars i wanted, copied the links and pasted to note pad. once i had all i wanted i just opened up the note and entered them in by hand. it is a PITA though.
