Need help with my HTC Touch Pro

Hi, I am a very low level user, but I heard that you could teak phone to vibrate when you touch the screen when dialing or typing. Is that possible? Also wondering if anyone else has an error message that says something about express call not working? I have no idea what that means or how to get rid of it. I even called Sprint tech support and they just sent me out a new phone. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
