I feel like the vibration motor can go for a while. Game controllers vibrate constantly and almost never break. Granted they are larger motors, but the mechanics are pretty simple and don't typically fail.

exactly what i was thinking except I know if my gf got a hold of it the phone wouldnt work after the first time it disappeared from me.
