seidio battery problem

I bought a seidio 2000 mah battery and i get the same life as my original htc touch pro battery. i charged it about 5 to 6 times now and still have the same problem am i doing something wrong. thanks

This is unsettling to me...as I have the same battery you do. Assuming you're still running it the same way you were when you had the stock battery (Connections and screen brightness wise) Try running the battery all the way down, and then charge it back to 100%. And then don't charge it every night. Mine will typically last me 2 days with moderate use. Did you charge it for 8 hours out of the box like they told you to?

As far as I remember, it did take several charge/discharge cycles for this battery to reach its full capacity (I have the same one).
So wait several days and then evaluate again.

Also, as the previous poster suggested, (at least in the beginning) wait until it is almost dead before charging it (conditioning).
