PointUI PRO Noob Question

Ok I just installed PointUI PRO to my TP and I am very confused here. How do I add themes and applets to this? I went to the website and downloaded several themes and applets and active synch'ed my phone and simply dragged the files over and unzipped them to the PointUI PRO folder to o luck. I then even unzipped them on my desktop and dragged them over to the PointUI PRO folder and no luck either. Help!!!! Also its the VGA version for TP which I hope is correct.

Re: PointUI PRO Noob Question

Ok so still pretty lost here. I went to the website downloaded several applets and some themes, Black and Grill. Did what you told me to told extract the into the folders etc and still no luck. I went to add applett and added the applets no luck. Then went to change theme and at first microsoft closed down now it says It will restart and it restarted and still same old theme.

Re: PointUI PRO Noob Question

If you read through the threads on the app page it answers all these questions.

To add a new app all you have to do is unzip and add to the Appletribon folder. Then add the app

Not all apps give u the option to change to F. To change the weather to Fahrenheit it usually involves changing a 0 to a 1 or vice versa in the html code. Restart PointUI and bam...F

Some apps are still in their beta and have bugs. From what I understand its not easy to code for PointUI or the developers aren't that great.

There's a thread for PointUI info and good app recommendations: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=70108
