Yes but look up in the manual if the helmets built in headset has that as a feature. By default 99% of bluetooth headsets will only stream music if they have the AD2P profile. It does not matter if the phone supports it if the headset does not you will only be able to hear the caller, ringtones, or notifications if the device supports.
There are several alternatives to this like "BT Audio" is a freeware app that will force any audio to the paired headset. I am not sure if it pushes through as stereo or not as i only use it on occasion with my Motorolla HS850 headset. The quality will be radio @ best bc if the headset does not have ad2p they normally use cheap speakers that are suited for voice freq only and the music will sound like kaka if turned up it will distort.
YRMV
