if your not recieving emails on it, it doesnt connect to the web,, i dont believe....i set up outlook for my mom, simply to sync her contacts from phone to phone...never set up email on her outlook...

Thats like saying your computer doesn't connect to the internet unless you are using the internet lol. Obvisouly it wouldn't connect if there is no need to.

So there is no solution for this? The author doesn't seem to be releasing an update. One of the things I liked about Pimbackup was it did what it did without over complicating things and I could have it schedule backups.
