Newest stock ROM - Page 2

@ ou2mame - The only reason I have yet to jump into a custom ROM, is the fact that I use the phone a lot, enough to not have the time during the day and most of the evening to get it done and set back up the way I need it.

It's not that I am scared to, just the time isn't permitting.

If nothing else...there is a newer radio version that the one you are using.

It's v1.10

I flashed it and have had great results thus far. Better reception. Better battery. Less heat when using my phone.

I also am on Mighty ROM 5...which has helped with the aforementioned as well...but the radio MAY be a good step for you depending on how it works in your area.

if you were to flash to an official sprint released rom, you would be erasing your phone entirely, and starting from scratch, regardless..

Where can I get this radio? I have the same radio as the op.

There's no such thing as a 1.10 radio.
Here is a link to the radio thread that contains the 9 different radios to choose from. The telus has given most people the best results, but it varies for everyone. Don't forget, your phone has to be unlocked before you can change the radio. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=46616
