Problems Loading Energy ROM

I'm still fairly new with loading new ROM's. I'm running Mighty ROM 4.16 right now. I'm trying to load energy rom 3.0 standard on my sprint touch pro. I downloaded the .rar file but when i extracted the contents I got one .nbh file. Like I said I'm new to this so I have no clue what to do with that file to get the custon RUU file that I used to load the other ROM's in the past. Does any one have energy rom 3.0 standard already extracted so i can just load it on my pc and run it? For any one that can help me, thanks.

I guess you might have the old MightyROM 4.16 files you downloaded? In the folder of files you used to flash to MightyROM 4.16, just replace the .nbh file in the MightyROM files with the Energy ROM file.

or you can copy the RAPHIMG.nbh to the root of your microSD and then hold power and volume down button while pressing the soft reset button to enter boot loader mode
