Do I just have a run of bad luck?

I like my TP, don't get me wrong. But I do have a few issues, and I was wondering am I the only one?
First, this is my third, second one because my stylist keeps falling out, and the auto turn on feature keeps breaking on my stylist. My other one I replaced was because the screen would start turning on it's own(no I do not software to help screen rotation)
Now this phone keeps shutting off on it's own, say it I hit the button to turn off the screen, or if I just close the slide, or h#ll even if I just leave it alone for awhile.
Sprint is now wanting to charge me to swap it out, Has anyone else had this problem?
