def not the only one. I'm on my 3rd. I got one I think in Nov it was right when they first came out. That lasted till Feb when the screen didn't want to rotate by itself when the keyboard slid open and then at the end the keyboard stopped working on and off. Sprint replaced it no charge - Got a brand new one out of the box manufactured feb 08. Didn't even last a month and the keyboard just stopped working. Now I'm on my 3rd. My 3rd is a refurb manufacture date of 12/17/08 and refurb date of 03/09/09. So Far it's been better than my last 2 phones so we will see how long this one lasts but your def not alone. Both times sprint didn't hesitate to replace it so that's good. The only thing I don't like is both times they had to order it because they didn't have it in stock but both times they called me next day and it was in so can't complain 2 much.
