Error 67/Error 1012/Can't make phone calls

I have the Merdin 4.5 ROM and recently updated it with the Blue theme. All day long now I have been getting pop ups about error 67 and not having ANY access to Opera nor Youtube.

I tried going to his thread and tried all of the recommendations as far as the MSL Grabber and resetting it in the phone by ##3282#. Hard reset the phone because of that. Reloaded Merdin 4.5 this time just the regular ROM, no Blue theme, and i am STILL having the problem.

I tried going into the ##3282# display in the phone, all I see is 0's (ex. 0.0.0.0). I tried making a phone call to my voicemail and I get an error message saying "you are unauthorized to make phone calls to this number."

Right now, my phone is unusable. Does anyoe have any recommendations or has this happened to anyone else???

If anyone has any help, PLEASE let me know. I would love to get my phone working again.
