Htc touch pro, not receiving texts

My phone was working perfectly, and then I go into the gym, left it it in the car for 30mins, wasn't hot when I got back...
I texted everyone back 4-5..Got one back realyl fast, then nothing..and those people were texting back and I get nothing...


after many resets, and battery removals..., i did a hard reset to no fixes..
I really cant take it to the sprint store..as its friday. and there closed now. soo

any option guys?

looks like you tried everything. You could call up sprint and see if it's on their end. Are your texts gettting out?

If nothing helps, maybe you have an old mogul laying around to do you over the weekend, then reactivate Monday and take your TP in.

i was reading in that other thread, and I needed to call sprint
but as I was calling, and listneing to the machine...Texts started storming in..lol
weird eh?

Ya mine does the same thing. I think there is a ping timer where it looks for new messages every so often but when you make a call it opens the connection.....I think...

Did you take notice if you were in roaming service or not? I had similar problems with weak signals.

Sprint system goes down from time to time sometimes only affecting certain areas. I was on tech support til 3am one night for issues like this.

mine was doing that all day and i just got a new tp so i was still on the stock rom. so hopefully the problem is with sprint and not your phone

I think it is on the sprint side of the problem, not the phone....and its sooooooooooooooo bothersome too...........
