sms 130 character limit

my sms is only 130 characters instead of the standard 160

is this normal on the TP or is something weird?

This is for MightyROM users but it may help u..Scroll down the changelog and under Sprint u should see the cab SMS 160 Characters

130 is standard 160 is the extended one which was posted on the post above
