Need help changingspftkey text in TF

How did you mess up exactly? Edit the wrong line, or did you do it as instructed and it just didn't work? I wonder if the program that allowed you to remap the key is messing with the manila and caused a conflict.

I'll try to track that program down and see if I have the same results.

finally back on the pc as I had to reinstall XP cuz of a trogan, everything I posted was from the touch hence the spelling mistakes..anyways..i edtied the file as you said and it just got ****ed up..I msged another member on xda and he told me I had to edit a diff file with mode9 so now I just need my old file fixed and gonna try to edit the new one when I get a chance..
