How to return your Bell phone to stock after flashing?

Hello,

I got the ROM dump from the sticky above,

How do we flash it to the phone now?

Also should i change the version of the following, because im sending the phone back to bell for warantee.
I have RADIO: 1.04.02v

And PRL: 31402

And PRI: 1.42_007

Can someone with a stock bell phone tell me if i have the correct radio version, i think it may have been flashed to a newer version and that would be bad becuase im trying to return the phone back to bell for warrantee.
