Does Windows Mobile 6.5 Benefit from Nue Dynamic Clock?

I am wondering if Windows Mobile 6.5 gets increased battery performance from Nue Dynamic Clock? I had heard that Windows mobile 6.5 has it's own throttling capabilities?

Does anyone have insight on this topic?
