Re: PointUI (Home 2) : Faster than TF3D (Updated 6-3-09)

yeah ms3 was ok for a little bit, but then after flashing upgraded roms and then setting itup all over again, it wasn't appealing to me anymore.

with Home2 I just copy the folders in applets and any other files i've modified (in their structure to keep it easy) and just paste them right back after i've flashed the rom and BAM#&(!#&*(! Just like i never flashed! So no time wasted, is that cool or what? Don't have to set up cities or settings, it's all saved!

Yeah I like being able to copy things in and out of Home. Makes things much easier when flashing.

Re: PointUI (Home 2) : Faster than TF3D (Updated 6-3-09)

I just installed Pointui and like how fast it reacts. I am have a problem unzipping any of the themes or applets. When I try to unzip the file I keep getting an error writing to the target, anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind, I figured it out....but thanks for all the good input in these thread

Any noticable battery usage on Silence ROM when using PointUI?

Re: PointUI (Home 2) : Faster than TF3D (Updated 6-3-09)

to be honest no i don't. It still lasts 1 day with heavy txt and medium phone usage.

nothing hangs or stalls so its really smooth and extremely fast.
