Active sync starts randomly

ever since i got my touch pro i cant seem to stop active sync from starting, it runs on start up, and even if i close it it will open itself back up after a short time.. and time sync is turned off, any ideas?

try this cab file this will kill the active sync from randomly starting but will still allow you to use it when you plug your pone into a pc. I am not the maker of this program but this is exactley what you are looking for and i happened to have the cab file.

thanks but didnt work, I also tried disabling repllog.exe (start if time changes) with no luck
