Mine does the same thing on any 6.5 ROM.

i love this. i actually should reinstall this cuz i miss having my phone not yell at me when i have low battery when really i got 10% left hehehaha

No2 at one point suggested NOT to install his apps on 6.5 because of random issues. Designed for 6.1, works awesome there.

ive been running it on MightyRom 5, which is 6.5 for quite a while and works fine
