HTC Fuze ROM Update Becomes Official

Looks like HTC has released an update for the AT&T Fuze. According to the HTC Support site, here's what's included:

Microsoft's Windows Mobile Adaptation Kit Update (AKU) 1.4.6
Slide to Answer
Push To Talk Button is now re-assignable
FM Radio Application
Enhanced MS Voice Command
Call waiting indicator is now audible when using Speakerphone
HTC Music player supports Album art/info
Improved TouchFlo3D (TF3D) and User Interface performance
A-GPS Update: Speeds up the time it takes the GPS to get a fix on your location
Quick GPS is still recommended for the optimal operation of GPS based applications and services

Based on the features, it looks like a polished version of the test rom that leaked a few months ago.

Thats an older rom. This is a new rom, Release Date: 2009-05-28 (Today), Thank you!

My apologies, I was referrencing the link I had posted in the [GSM] Upgrade section of the forum, post 12. Reading is optional. As this applies to that. While updating an already open thread vs opening a new one. Not a p***ing contest.

This is the official At&t rom upgrade released today and has nothing to do with the generic update you posted 3 months ago. Just thought At&t Fuze owners just may be interested in a official update. I know if Htc released a Sprint rom upgrade I wouldnt expect it to be found in a thread about a different rom started 3 months ago.

I am posting this to let everyone know that AT&T finally got off the stick and released a new rom. Goto the htc website and enter your serial number to start the download. It is supposed to fix a bunch of stuff like the GPS. It also includes the radio app officially. So now i can listen to dve while in da burgh. So i say to all, Let the flashing begin.

Let's here from the public what they think about the new rom. I will be flashing mine tonight. I will post back tomorrow about it.

If there is another thread about this. Sorry mods. Just close this one.

The other thread is only 13 posts down. Shows up on the first page. Seems easier to look for it than to put in a disclaimer to ask that it be closed by a mod...

wasn't paying attention when i posted this. I was too excited about the prospect of a new rom finally that i can use for warrenty if needed.

has anyone been able to extract the fm radio application and get it to no2chem so he can finish his work on getting the fm radio to work on the cdma raphael 800s?
